Can I use my own email address to send emails?
Yes. FollowUp CRM connects to any SMTP server — Gmail, Outlook, SendGrid, Mailgun, or your own company mail server. Emails are sent from your address, through your provider, at your provider's rates. No per-email fees from us.
Is my customer data shared with other companies?
Never. Every company's data is completely isolated. No user can access another company's records under any circumstances.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your data is fully preserved. You cannot log in until the account is activated on a paid plan — but nothing is deleted. A quick conversation with our team restores access.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Upload a CSV with columns for name, email, phone, status, source, and deal value. The importer reports any rows it couldn't process.
Is there a limit on how many emails I can send?
No limit from our side. Your sending volume is only limited by your own SMTP provider's plan (e.g., Gmail's daily limit or your SendGrid tier). This keeps costs completely predictable.
